Anne Heche's son Homer Laffoon is attempting to sell the late star's remaining assets in order to settle $4.1 million in claims against her estate. According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Laffoon, 23, submitted a status update on Heche's assets to court on March 21, to confirm the estate is not yet in a condition to be closed due to outstanding legal claims.
