She shared a screenshot of a sobriety app telling her that she has been sober for three years-which is equivalent to 1,097 days or 26,312 hours. In a second snap, Hale pictured herself sitting on a brick wall overlooking a body of water with her back to the camera as she stared contemplatively into the distance.
