Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani was seen wearing a sling around his injured shoulder prior to Monday's Game 3 win over the Yankees, but Los Angeles' $700 million man did offer some optimism afterwards. Asked about the potential for offseason surgery, Ohtani told reporters he hasn't made any decision on the matter and, for now, doesn't think it will be necessary. 'I haven't had further conversations about the future plan,' Ohtani said through his translator.
