Real Madrid have reportedly identified their preferred replacement for Toni Kroos. Kroos brought the curtain down on his illustrious Real Madrid career by featuring in their Champions League final success against Borussia Dortmund. The 34-year-old is retiring from club football and will also stop playing international football for Germany after Euro 2024. During his time at Real, Kroos made over 400 appearances and won an array of trophies including five Champions Leagues and four LaLiga titles.
