Nevertheless, as it isn't amending the 1861 regulation, docs who perform late terminations might still be taken to courtroom.
Rachael Clarke, at abortion provider BPAS, stated: "Our polling does present an enormous gender divide, with three quarters of female MPs believing ladies should not be prosecuted in comparison with less than half of male MPs."
